Issue orders paused?

Close Combat: Panthers in the Fog is the first new release (not a re-make of a previous games) in years in the critically acclaimed Close Combat series. Issue orders paused?

I know it wasn't possible in earlier CC games, but has the ability to issue orders whilst paused been introduced in this one? Will it be a feature in the Unity version of CC?

It is not available in the current game while playing.

You can during unit placement before you press Begin....
