Long day at work putting together automatic mutual aide response zones for the new fire districts for our county... boring, but necessary...

Sounds like tactical planning to me, Mike. Some might think it boring, but not around here. [:D]

Well, the Hibachi was good and the pre-planning is great, so I guess I can't complain too much![;)]

Didn't the Chiefs trade for a washed up QB four years ago and pay him too much, and trade too much?

God damnit this is frustrating.

I wish I could say the same, I spent my day mapping out a fiber optic route here in Cincinnati. It wouldn't have been half bad if the weather hadn't been so crappy and I'd not been trying to keep my papers dry. At least it wasn't snowing again like last week.

Oh shaddup!!!

I'll get to play with a P-38 later next month. I'm planning on swinging by and seeing if I can get a look at Glacier Girl on my way back to Virginia. When I worked for Verizon Virginia back in 2005 or there abouts, I used to see them flying her almost every day when I was down near Cumberland Gap but I haven't seen her in almost two years now.

Jeff, I don't know if I'd describe Alex Smith as a washed up QB. That's unfair. I'd say he's more of a "never has been" QB. Washed up QBs usually have attained something great-hell, I'd settle on pretty good. What the heck has Alex Smith done?

Fair enough.. btw, his career NFL stats are BELOW Matt Cassels...I don't follow the logic here.

Matt Cassel was a great backup quarterback. One of the best to ever play the position. [;)]

Over spring break I am going to visit the USS Kidd in Baton Rouge. Anyone know anyone associated with this museum?
