This is me turning the refinery output back on at Miri. The fuel level has dropped to a safe level and I can start the fuel piling up again.
I expect it to climb back to about 50K before I turn it off again. But I need the fuel right now. Especially for Truk.

The southern carrier group is operating off the coast of Brisbane and they just fueled up from the AO and they still have about 41% of
their sorties left so there's a strike or two to do yet. Then I'll retire to Rabaul and refit.

The 14th Div landed last night, no wait it was yesterday sometime, anyway, they are still unloading and at the rate they are going it's
going to be about a week spent doing nothing but unloading. It sure didn't take that long to load them. Must be a much smaller port I'm
at there at Mersing.

I've got 2 BB's headed for Buna, one to fuel up and one to join the bombardment TF. Neither of them can dock so I have the AO there to
fuel them both. I couldn't see attaching the AO to the bombardment TF since it might get hurt in the shooting so I'm leaving it parked at
Buna for now.

TF 720 is one of my DMS ships w/ it's escort about a day west of Bubble Drop and they are going to refuel at BD, pick up one of the AO's
there at BD and head out to Wake to do something about that mine field out there. I was going to send both of them and then thought
that it would be an unmitigated disaster if both of them sank at Wake so I'll just send the one for now. The other one can work on the
minefields at Bataan and Manila.

Jim and I have exchanged files and I've watched the movie and here's some fresh combat results. The Allied ship that got attacked here
is showing up on the sunk ships list so I guess I really got it good.

And next the Japs hit Mersing and the Allied troops there:

And then the Japs hit Darwin:

And then the Japs hit Mauban. The Manila remnants are getting the short end of the stick. When push comes to shove they are going
down the drain.

And then the Japs do an air raid on Singkep and the Allied troops there:

And then Cagayan was struck:

And then Semarang receives an air strike:

There's a remnant near Gasmata that I keep ground pounding and I guess I'm hoping that it will go *poof* without my having to dispatch
some LCU to chase it. Alas, I'm going to have to get some feet on the ground out there in the jungle to see what's left.

And then the Allies attack Rangoon and my CAP drives them away. Yeah, right.

I'm using my AO at Oosthaven as bait for the air strikes that the Allies set so they attack me and I cream them in the skies. That's how it's
supposed to work. Sometimes it doesn't come off quite so well. But most of the time it'll work.

My southern carrier group is running out of sorties to fly and this strike on Brisbane is one of the better ones so I'll have to refuel, rearm,
and do it some more.
