Another question please. Does the game system have multi-level buildings?

Thanks,

Gerry

Sorry Gerry, I don't think anyone here knows! They are using a unique marketing technigue for this game. They say nothing and show nothing for years! This will revolutionize the advertising business.

Board game = yes

PC game = Not at this time.

Well if they are in a some point fair enough, though this game has been in development for years..so I worry about how long these baby steps will take.

It's major bugbear for Squad Battles players and I was hoping this was going to do what that game doesn't.

maybe if this goes off good...these things will be added to later versions. I would imagine not everything is going to get laid out on the table right off the bat. [;)]

I'm ready to eat my words about this coming out, but Stalingrad without multi level buildings? All these years in development and it seems like they are rushing it now, dropping this and that just to get it out already. Some of you can dream that things will be added later, but considering the history of this game, do you really think it will happen? Still, it looks like fun.

Not sure what you mean by "dropping this and that". The desision was made fairly early on that only single level buildings would be in this game. The sceanrios included do not "suffer" from it at all. I certainly haven't missed it.

In the few scenarios that do have multi-level building in the board game version, they are still hardly ever used by most players. This really is a game of maneuver and being up a floor can limit your ability to react... usually you get trapped up there.

Can't think of anything else that's been "dropped".... [8D]
