Both Tone and Chikuma are fine (they belong to KB1 and KB2). Tone did a raid at Colombo two weeks ago and engaged four enemy cruisers and survived. The two CLs with her did not...

Actually I always use at least 10% rest setting for every fighter unit. I also commit few LR CAP efforts, and also rest entire sentai/daitai. But it has been quite a few air battles and I suppose many ops losses are actually aircraft written off due to damage.
