I can definitively say that replies on the forum don't work - you have to e-mail Karlis.

Hi Eric,
Have emailed yourself twice as per your request from my post and emailed Karlis twice as well as regards the beta, shall I send them a third time or are you receiving them now?

Thanks

Hi Darkspire,

I received one e-mail from you yesterday which Elliot and I are discussing. I did not receive any e-mails before that. I would assume that if you've e-mailed Karlis multiple times he's received them as well. I know he's in the process of going back through the DW tester applications to make sure no one was missed, so I expect those who were awaiting replies will receive them in the next business day or two.

Is there any estimate on when we can expect a release?

I'd say sometime in April, we're getting close to final balance and stability levels but a few more beta builds will be required.

A public announcement in the forums might have helped prevent this misunderstanding, or at least let people know there was a communication breakdown much earlier in the process. This is not a criticism; just a suggestion for next time. I have no interest in beta-testing so I have no dog in this fight.

It is not like the thread (now sticky) is unclear. It is the Matrix mail recovery system which has issues. Maybe they should improve their pigeon coop?

Even my request has not received any response,
I sent a new email to karlisr@matrixgames.com
with a copy of my previous dated 01/18/2013.

It's now been over a week since I resent my application, and I've received no response either. Perhaps Karlis is just busy (which would be easy enough to believe)?

Seeing the game is supposed to be out in April one might as well forget about it and enjoy the release.

Pandora beta seems to have ignored people who applied for testing in that game too.

I hope the beta testers are not ignored too but you have to wonder.

Hi guys,

I know Karlis is working on this, but just to make sure there's nothing odd going on with our system, if you have re-sent your application and not heard back, can you please send it to me as well at erikr@matrixgames.com?
