Remove planetary facility?

I can't find any way to remove planetary facilities, even with the editor. Am I missing something?

I have a regional capital that could be better places, and I didn't know having robotic troop facilities would prevent me from building troop cloning facilities, which seems like it'd be far, FAR more valuable for an empire that can afford it.. I'd like to remove the lesser facility for the better one, but I can't find out how to do so. Any advice?

Go to the screen that lists all your planets and find that planet,then you'l see a list pertaining to that particular planet that names the resources and facilities,click on the facilities and I think you can remove the one you don't want from there and also add the one you do want there also .
