Noob Assistance

Post by demyansk »

I do have the Boot camp manual downloaded. Is that the best thing out there for learning this game?

When I play, I rarely look at the popup info since i don't really know what the opponent hex counters contain with some of the numbers. I understand the fort level but how do you figure out if a enemy unit is strong or weak before attacking it?

The opponents #'s (in default settings) are attack value/defense value. So a counter (or stack) reading 2-12 would have an attack of 2CV and a defense of 12CV. Your counters are attack CV and movement points.OG course the CV numbers are only ballpark so its not a science.
