ANW Database for H3 ANW/HUE

Dale Hillier, editor of the ANW DB (the second stock database for several years), has stopped any further development of his database for the time being.

Thus the HUD4 remains the only official database for H3 ANW/HUE.

So, that means that the 'official' database is one you can't fiddle with if it's got a problem or a wrong value. That means I won't even bother to use it in favor of ones that do allow it.

'Official' H3 DBs haven't really been wondrous things over the years, anyway. The only 'official' Harpoon DB that I'll wave a flag for isn't for H2/3.
