editor question

I wanted to add some ships in editor but when I went add them it said that it was theain game folder and I couldn't modify it. is there a way around this without having to start a new game? I'm playing against the AI if that makes any difference...

Open the scenario you want to modify, then save it in another slot. (+30 iirc)

For ongoing games there is a lot you can't change. I'm pretty sure this would be one of them, unless it was delayed??? The modders section of the forum can give you more info about this... This post is not really in the right area slane

[edit] And because you started your game under an official scenario, I doubt it could be modded...Although deleting the scenario files might work. Sorry been a while since I fiddled with this ... go to the modders!
