broken formation problem

Hi every one!

I have a little probleme with my formations when mooving.
Just after the FUP whene they are going to attack, the formation deforms: some unites stopes for a little moment and some other run like hell to the ennemi. In worst cases, my troopes come to the ennemi one after an other instead line or arrowhead formations and this is verry annoying.

I dont know why this happend and it looks like that is not due to the cohesion level or distance.

Dose this append to some one beside me? And is there way to prevent this or to predicte this??
