Poland Invasion Campaign

I can't seem to get past the first scenario of the Poland Invasion. I'm allotted about 900 prestige. After playing the scenario about 10 ten times I seem to run up against a slew of fighters and bombers. I've tried flack units and a couple more fighters to fend them off but when I do that I don't have enough prestige to upgrade my units or buy anymore ground units. What am I doing wrong? [&:]
