Eindhevon: XXX Corps...is on the outskirts. Feeling pressure on both the West and South of the Town. We are continueing to DELAY!!!!

Veghal: Is continuing to hold. "Iron Crosses were EARNED THIS DAY" The small town is a Festung!!!

Nijmegen: Is holding. The Southern part of the Bridge is still in my hands. We are trying to strengthen it's defenses.

Arnhem: My Gallant men are making great progress towards the Bridge from the North......Tanks and SP Guns are the rule of the day....I sent a letter to Col. Frost requesting his "Honorable Surrender" ...Waiting for a response.

Oosterbeek: IS NEXT!!!!!:mad:

Allied turn 12

Note: my Airborne are now intermixed so I will use City/Town names for battle area reports.

Arnhem: Great Presure from the SS. They want their bridge back! Nijmengen will be at risk if the SS break through!

Oosterbeek: Many GE units spotted..and I only have 3/4 of a division to hold them back! Oh..then there are the Poles...The Germans must be asking..."Where are they?"

Nijmengen: My trooops could not wait fir XXX Corps..we rush the southern end of the bridge! only 2 hexs away now! and many mixed GE units die! The river assault is almost in postion...

Groosbeek: lost.. I gave it up.

Grave: 82nd linking up with the 101st. GE Panzers spotted and a HT is dispatched.

Veghal: The town is almost mine now...but at a such a high cost.

E-i-n-d-h-o-v-e-n: XXX Corps pour through killing all before it..the Road To Nijmengen is open!

Eindhevon: Well it's pretty much a mopping up for the XXX Crops......but i must say "My Men Did their JOB" Under extreme conditions we handed the British a "Hurting"

Vegal: I see a small froce of the 82nd coming in from the North and British Tanks making their way up from the South. "My Men Did their JOB"

Nijmegen: My Stug III's are making an advance from the south trying to link up with the Bridge. My SS Troopens are holding the Southern end of the Bridge. Explosives have been planted on the Bridge with orders..."Do not let a Single Tank Cross that Bridge"

Arnhem: The "Bridge is MINE"
For the time being..... Paras are being pushed back to...Oosterbeek....But not without Heavy LOSS. My Tanks are clearing houses as well as basements. Troops are rushing to the Bridge.

Oosterbeek: Message to British Paras... "WE ARE COMING"

Arnhem: The SS have the bridge! I cannot mount a counter attack, the GE Panzers are everywhere! (some of them are dispatched by Frost's brave Red-Devil's!), there is only one way to go....West, to Oosterbeek.

Oosterbeek: Classifed

Nijmengen: Stugs everywhere! I think I have the south end of the bridge...I hope so anyway as the SS have cleared Arnhem and more SS will be pouring in! The river assault is ON! I must hold both ends before Hawk can reinforce.

Grave,Veghal,Eindhoven Road: XXX Corps is on the move! Great ground is being covered now! Nijmengen race is on!

Eindhoven Road:
My remaining troops will conduct "Hit and Run Tactics" in the the British rear areas

Veghal:
We continue to hold the small town....
But i fear with the XXX' Corps is very near.

Nijmengen:
Message to Troops: "Hold at all COSTS"!!!! We are on the way.
The Southern end of the bridge is about to be overrun.

Arnhem: We control the Bridge and surrounding area. British are in retreat back to Oosterbeek. Our Pressure is mounting.

Oosterbeek:
Is tuffer then i thought..

Have to clear the forest before town

Arnhem: Is Lost!

Oosterbeek: Panzers push in from the north. I hope to make a stand that legends are made of!

Nijmengen: Melee At the Bridge!! I now hold the south end.

Grave,Veghal,Eindhoven Road: XXX Corps is on the move! Great ground is being covered now! The Nijmengen race is on!

Is mine i am now cleaning up the area.....Trops are rushing over the Bridge!!!!!

Oosterbeek: Is proving tougher then i thought. Reinfrocements are rushing in.....

Nijmengen:
Is now the Main bridge!!! All forces are rushing to reinfroce and secure.....
We shall be the " First one's THERE"

All other Cities and Towns are lost....but i still have men around....

Arnhem: IS Mine...im conducting a clean up with the last remaing British.

Oosterbeek: Appears to be a small Fortress!!!! We will await the Troops to support the Tanks. Then we will level the Town!

Nijmengen: My troops pour into the Northern side of the Bridge. We prepare to hold it at all costs! I still have troops in city. We will conduct "Hit and Run Tactics" .

All other Cities and Towns are lost....but i still have men around...

Arnhem: Is Lost!

Oosterbeek: Under seige! For the Queen we dig in..A King Tiger has attacked the Arty park! Where the hell are the Poles!! Send a swimmer across the river now and get those Poles here!

Nijmengen: SS units and at least 1 Panther enter the Melee at the south end of the bridge. Link up with XXX corps is almost complete!
