Simulations Canada

Post by Mojo »

Please excuse the FNG here. I learned about Matrix through an article in a PC gaming mag. The article talked about reissuing various games originally developed by Sims Canada looong ago. What really caused my ears to perk up was the development of a combined "Long Lance" and "In Harm's Way". Also the game based on the Nez Perce war.

Anybody got any info on these?

(Hope I'm not stepping into anything nasty here!)

BUMP - I am also interested in what types of games will be produced by working with SimCan.

I too would be interested in seeing some of their titles revived. Long Lance and the other tactial naval games always seemed pregnant with possibilities to me....

We are working on some of the old SimCan games, but we can't yet get into which ones or when yet. Unfotunatley finding programmers conversent in both Pascal and C++ (and will ing to work against future royalties) is a rather difficult combination...
