Discount For Previous DLC; How please?

Sorry for the profanity, but I own PC and PC AK and three of the DLC campaigns. By my calculation, I would be entitled to a 30% discount ($12.00, or so) when I purchased the 39-45 campaign. I could not, however, figure out how to obtain the discount, despite going back and forth between the Matrix and Slitherine sites. I have wasted much more than $12.00 worth of my leisure time and have now decided not to purchase said campaign unless and until I can do so (with the applicable discount) by using no more that the usual few buttons and without leaving the Matrix site.

I know this decision will not wreck havoc on your bottom line, but gee whiz, this should be easier.
