Improper or Illegal Display during Combat Summary

During the display of the Combat Summary one can place the mouse over an enemy area and the game displays all the units in that hex. The screenie I have attached shows the Japanese units at Munda. Should this be allowed?

I can get the same results if I'm playing Head to Head (but since I'm playing both sides anyway it's not really an issue), but when playing just one side against the AI, or in PBEM, I don't see what you do. Did you happen to run this particular turn under Head to Head maybe?

Ah, yes I am playing head to head solitaire. An your right no matter in a solitaire game. So it's a non issue.
