[1.904] SFX and visuals not working after loading game!

Ok, I was wondering what was going on.

Start a new game, thunder and light flash work fine.
Save that game.
Reload the game.

The flash light is missing and the thunder SFX is missing! What else is not getting loaded correctly when re-loading a saved game?

I'm playing with the latest version, 1.9.0.3

Can this please be fixed?

Ok, I went through and tested each version of the game and it works fine until I install Shadows. After that every version does not work correctly.

So, there is for sure some bug in Shadows 1.9.0.0 and up that stops certain SFX and some visual effects from happening once a saved game is loaded up.
I am not sure how much else is broke but for sure the thunder SFX and zoomed in lighting effect is. I would imagine others are as well.

Also I noticed that the "fog" effect when in a space storm is also missing on reloads. I just tried 1.9.0.4 and it is still bugged.

I've included the test saved game. It is a 1.9.0.4 save, try and zoom in on a lightning effect and you'll see no "fog" and hear no thunder SFX. If you start a new game you will.

Any chance of a fix?

update: Updated the save game naming and included a text file.

I just wanted to add I installed the game on 2 more systems for testing and both had the same bug. So it is for sure there, I just wonder what else is not being loaded properly when you load a saved game using [1.9xxx] and up?
