Wow. Just stumbled into the Modding forum and here you are making an appearance like Tony Stark at the Stark Expo. [:D]

Keep up the good work! Can't wait to have it installed on my system! I can only dream of making even 0.01% of this...

Agreed, this mod looks magnificent. Not only is EVE a great sci-fi setting but personally I prefer the concept of human factions inhabiting space rather than a bunch of aliens. Congratulations on the Mod, look forward to its release [:)]

Oh great, this means I won't even be able to take a break from Eve by playing Distant Worlds... because I defiantly won't be able to pass this up once it's released :/ lol

I guess the biggest change is the ground troops, and there are a few new parts and some other minor changes too. Hope it's not a lot of work. Will be cool, when it's released I can play "EVE" without worrying about griefing.

It's a lot of work. Not as much as creating full races from scratch, but I'm finding it's at least half an hour per race to find images for troops and then editing them to match the troop icon format. I wouldn't be surprised if it took another week, assuming its being worked on. Patience! There are also a number of changes to the race and policy files that need to be accounted for and tested.

It is a lot of work. A lot of mouse and keyboard clicking and then you start thinking to yourself...."wait a minute shouldn't I be spending all of my off time playing the game instead of working on it?!"

Indeed. However I find when I do start playing the game, I'm like, "Wouldn't this be better if..." and thus the endless cycle continues.[:D]

Hah indeed. That "wouldn't this be better if..." is so addicting. Its even worse when you have an occasional perfectionist streak.. once you start looking at the details there are so many things to be fixed!
