game freezing

ok upgraded to 1.20 and i click on play and the game acts like its loading, then freezes.

Uninstall the game. Locate the folder where you've previously installed the game and delete all files that you may find there. Install the game again using the original download installer. Download the last update from the link below:

Unzip the downloaded file. Run the extracted file to install the update. Run the game and check if your issue persists.
