Fleet order to retrofit fails

When ordered to retrofit as a fleet, ships simply refuel. They must be ordered individually to retrofit.

I had this bug prior to 1.9.0.6. In fact, I recall it from later versions of Legends. It is annoying.

And I never saw any response to the issue after posting there.

I hope they fix this - it makes retrofiting very labor intensive later in the game.

Will it be retroactive on current games? Or will we need to start a new game for the fix to work?
