Just bought Battles in Normandy Crashed

Just bought the game and when I hit Play Scenario the bloody thing crashes
How do I fix this problem?

Once you get it working it's a fine game,My favorite of the battle in series is battle's in Italy.
First off you might want to post your system specs and maybe a direct X report, any details at all help.Is the download version 1.01, thats the latest patch I believe.If you don't get a response send in a support ticket thru the help desk, hope you get it working quickly.I know it sucks when a new game your excited to try has issues out of the gate.

You might try posting is this forum also not much activity there either, but it's the Dev's site.
