Very High Prestige Normal as Yanks?

Hi,
I'm playing 1943 U.S Allied Corps campaign. I am play field marshall level with advanced rules. I am routinely seeing high 1000's of prestige at start of scenario. for example I am starting Anzio. I *maybe* had 600 left from last scenario yet I am starting this one with *7000*. THis seems rather rich! I don't see this in british campaign or old style Panzer Corps ones.
Is this intended for the rich americans or is something wrong?
Basically I'm maxed out on everything and can't even spend this kind of prestige!

maybe so you can buy some new US units? Get those P47's started training? some better SP guns?

Thanks for idea but iam maxed in ever regardless. Best units in every class with max num units and max over strengthed. I would over though prestige cap would have fired by now frankly

Don't worry and don't waste it. I thought the same thing but then blew through close to 20k prestige in the final few scenarios. Once you get to France, lift gets rough and upgrades start coming and they are expensive.
