About Nelly I have two questions:

1) In the second verse she has already left the circus but in the third verse she is back in a circus of some sort. Is this some kind of St Crispin's Day review the elephants put on in the jungle or did she get captured again?

2) Is Nelly meant to be some kind of metaphor for the Mitsubishi G3M?

Ingredients (Makes four slices)

4 Slices White Bread (white tastes much better with this recipe)
4 Slices Ham
5 Eggs
250g Grated Cheese
Teaspoon English or Dijon Mustard

Method
•First make the cheesy mixture by mixing together 1 egg, the cheese and mustard.
•Place four slices bread under the grill and toast on one side
•Turn the toast over and put the ham on the uncooked side making sure it is just inside the edge of the bread.
•Cover the bread with the cheesy mixture spreading it right to the edge.
•Put the toast back under the grill to melt the cheesy mixture all over the bread.
•Fry four eggs.
•Remove the toast from the grill and place on your plate, top with a fried egg and pepper!

Made this for supper last night. Outstanding. Even my oldest ate it, and he doesn't eat ANYTHING...damn three year olds.

This does look good and it definitely lends itself to a big enterprise because everything fits on one square of bread. In a big commerical oven you could do 50 at a time.

My mom used to make creamed chipped beef on a toast when we were kids (8 of us). It was so damn salty it would make your tongue swell up but.....dayam....I liked it.

My uncle (Air Farce Col.) came to visit, saw us coming back for seconds on the stuff, laughed out loud and said "Boys, we call this stuff Shit on a Shingle" [:)] We figured he knew something we didn't and our ardor was cooled.

I actually loved fried Spam on camping trips too but the stuff attracts bears better than pheromones.
