That is pretty harsh for someone trying to help correct some issue. Although I understand conforming is the concept of proper spelling and isn't really important, (designers always chide debuggers). I don't think his comment is with any malicious intent.

The question is not who is what agency, but if they submit to the agency, then what ideologies run them from those groups, since the people would be extensions, not contributors to the policies.
