Lysander Experience?

Fans of the old Panzer General series rejoice for the release of Panzer Corps. Lysander Experience?

The Lysander is a British "Army Cooperation" plane. Think US Piper Cub (L-4)

Anyway it is unarmed and used as aerial Recon.

So no weapons = no kills = no experience?

How does it get better? or hero's?

Flying an unarmed plane behind enemy lines is heroic :)
