Happy Independence Day to all of my US Brothers!

Couple slabs of baby backs with JWE's own BBQ marinade; white silver queen corn with butter and garlic sprinkles wrapped in tin foil for the barbie; baked asparagus, con limon y cilantro; fresh chopped coleslaw with homemade mayonaise and lemons off the backyard tree. Chilton County peaches in a cobbler. A loaf of Publix' cranberry walnut bread.

Flags are out. Grass is green. Pops will be playing on the waterfront and the Mobile fireworks will be right there, across the Bay. Alabama is looking good, on this fine day that celebrates freedom and liberty. Happy 4th.
