As the Central powers my lines seem not quite be able to cover the fronts and yet I get no income sometimes only 5-8 points a turn for mnths then suddenly ive got 35points in the bank. How can I get a consistant cash flow. Cant buy units or anything

That sudden leap is likely due to a convoy arriving.

All units cost maintenance, that is what hammers your income.

Indeed - the Germans, unlike the AH or Turks, benefit from convoys arriving from time to time to boost the coffers.

You must watch the amount - and composition - of what you build. As catwhoorg says, all units cost. The game does not allow you to buy everything. You need to choose a careful mix of units, technology and artillery shells/shipping/rail capability. Always try and keep a reserve of cash for emergencies too. There - easy!

Titan You might try eliminating/disbanding units, especially low strength ones, or airships you can't use, that goes the same for some ships, keep your BBs for moral. Disbanding will result with more PPs on your next turn. Try holding on one front, while attacking on another.
