Uranus broken in 1.06

I just tried starting a Uranus campaign in 1.06 and it seems like half the soviet armies in the scenario is missing their leaders and there is no where near enough in the pool to replace them.

Holy crap. Your right. I forgot to execute event 150 and 151 in the editor (editor events category).

Will do so in the new beta version i am going to make.
