Dark Screen after launching a campaign

hi, i purchase this game before 4-5 days. I have installed the game and everything was ok. After i started the Game and after Tutorial, i have begann the Campaign.I took my Soldiers and after loading the Map there was only black Screen. I didn`t see anything, there was only a Sound. Someone Help????[:@]
