Change pirate graphic?

I know how to put in alternate race images, but where is the default pirate image located? I would like to change that if possible.

Hmmm. I don't have such a folder. Within the races folder, I only have creatures, races, ships and troops.

Sorry, should have clarified. I own Shadows and have it installed.

Which leads me to wonder.... do I have two DW installs? Gonna have to go look....

if you have shadows,then you must have this folder,otherwise,you'd have errors when starting DW
