How to take and retrieve screen shots...

How does one take and then retrieve a screen shot from the game? I am guessing that taking is a matter of hitting "print screen"...but where is that file saved? Or, how otherwise is it done?

F4...then found in the Work/Screenshots folder

Wonderful game BTW. I loved Sid's Gettysburg...but that has not run well on my machine for years. To find this is a godsend. Truly wonderful. I hope more...and more...additions are planned.....
