Just add www to the front of the file anywhere address at the top of the post and you should be able to get the file.

Just copy the files in the rar file to your unity of command\data\unit_rot folder, (back up the files there first)

I am loving the game but hating those icons. Unfortunately the link to this mod is no longer any good. Does anyone know where I can get these revamped counters?

Might I ask where you found them? I have been trying to get these myself.
Is it a complete set? for the DLC also I mean?
