Here he is behind Chiang's wife? at the Cairo Conference.
It appears FDR or Winnie has decided he is just another cane hanger.
Looks like they turned down his request for a glass eye too - he still has the patch.
Clever how they posed him and his cap so that the patch is in shadow...
Note how FDR has stashed his apparatus out of the picture. Churchill's scalp is steaming.

It looks like Monty standing next to Eisenhower to me.
I don't think Monty was there. Field Marshall Alexander was Chief of Army Staff, was he not? He would be most likely to attend. Mountbatten was invited to keep him from doing anything rash in the absence of Winston. [;)]
BTW - that "steam" most likely comes from Winston's big cigar.

You know, Lord Louis is quite an attractive fellow, not that there is anything wrong with that.
Madame Chiang is definitely a babe. Allegedly she bedded Wendell Wilkie when he was in China. Either he was really well hung or she was trying to get a visa.
Madame Chiang in rearry hot red and black bustier and thong undies..well, to tell you the truth, it's 1943(c) so it's more like grannie undies..but she still rooks hot: Are you erected yet?
Wendall Wilkie: No, no, not till November '44 and I still have to get more votes than Mr. Roosevelt.

* Now, I have to say this moaning bit sounded pretty convincing but, honestly, can you rearry be sure she isn't up to something? Maybe she is just tired of Chungking? Maybe the shoe stores are crappy? On the other hand, maybe the Generalissimo is diminutive in other ways as well? You just have to apply your own life experience to decide. It's up to you.
The other two CVE's are wrecked but can make Butuan save a sub or air attack. It turns out they didn't even join the transports carrying 8th Aus Div. It was a serious FUBAR. I blame the staff.
Editor's Note: It should be noted that Mr. Wilkie ran against FDR in 1940, not 1944. This particular poster does this kind of thing all the time so we implore readers to seek other sources for historical information. Also, we are unable to confirm that Madame Chiang had a bustier or these scurrilous rumors about Chiang Kai-shek.

It's OK. In WWII(c) it is entirely possible that speculative journalism became accepted well before the 21st century. All this fact checking is just impossible without the totally accurate internet in the 1940s ...[:)]
