I appreciate that. Keep in mind Marcs in a horrible position according to the scenario discription...he handed me my ass in Burma..next game, I don't think I lost a single tank and he didn't have any left. It is a blast.

Have you been playing it a lot, or AE mainly?

I forgot, too. He literally ran me off of the map in the DEI.

Ok, up past midnight again... at least it wasn't a work night!

If you buy this, make sure, like WitP:AE, you get the latest patch! It helps tremendously!

Right now AE. But I'm doing a lot of projects around the house right now. Have spent the last 3 days working outside. The temp has been in the mid 90s with high humidity heat index has been 105 and above. I think later today I will pull it out and play it.

Jeff, corbon, thanks for your explanations. This does look interesting.

Seems to be one of those "one more turn" games...

Back from my brother's bachelor party..fun fun time. Up from the casino, too..I tend to do pretty well at the blackjack table..that's all I play.

How is the game so far?

I hear ya there. I only do Marc's turn over my lunch hour at work..and then my PBEM AE turn in the evenings afte the kids go down. I have a huge honey do list right now. We've been repainting the whole house, new trim, windows..blah blah blah and kid's activities...I also take my oldest fishing about every night and then golfing 2-3 times a week. Soo busy. Winter is when things really slow down and I have my time for my games on here.

The great thing about CS is the amount of time it takes to play...you can fire up a scenario and finish it in an afternoon.

Hope all is well. Thanks for following.

I don't think you'll be let down at all. I have been pouring over a map of Texas all week at work to move trucks to and from...such.a.big.state [X(]

Thanks for following. I really do appreciate it. I appreciate everyone following for that matter.

It is very much a "one more turn" game. I really get into the small unit tactics of it. Very hard to put down when I have some time to burn.

We prefer to think of it as a big country. [;)]

My family used to drive from San Antonio to the Myrtle Beach, SC area most summers to visit family when I was a kid. The longest part of the drive by far was just getting out of Texas. Piece of cake after that. [:D]

All the guys I played football with in college from Texas referred to it as the nation of country of or something similar haha.

Are you fromt he San Antonio area? We do some truck business out of there.. Mainly from Temple all the way to FT Worth and all of the towns in between.

Yep, I'm originally from San Antonio, then went to college and law school at UT Austin and lived there about 20 years. I recently moved to a country home close to the hill country town of Boerne and drive a short commute in to UT San Antonio (the campus is locate on the far NW side of town, so I only have to drive 11 miles).

Assault on final known troops. Disrupted the enemy inf platoon before going in, and my MG Platoon destroyed his that started the turn in the city. Big help or else it was 71 vs 45
