Thanks, Andy. No chance of closing, but looking at an apartment to sublet for 1 month tonight.... significantly cheaper than any "temporary" housing. Should be into the new place (assuming all goes well with this appraisal) mid to late August. Still with plenty of time to enjoy the pool. [8D]
