Advanced behavior settings in ship design. Help

I was watching a YouTube video that was talking about ship design specifically the advanced ai behavior. I am not talking a about the 3 or 4 posture settings near the ship graphic. Rather a large screen that has multiple detailed rules for behavior. The video creator said you had to set these on an inItial design. Does anyone know what I am referring to as I cannot seem to access this anywhere in the design screen and I can't find the video anymore. Help would home much appreciated.

Have you tried Options > Empire Settings?

Or "Empire Policy" screen (4th button from left, looks like a notepad with a pencil). Scroll down to" War and Attacks".

Thanks for the reply. The reason I could not find it is because that video is from another game that is not near as good as this one.
I was confusing the two. Sorry and thanks for the info I learned something anyway
