Resources? What resources...

I play in 1.9.0.8 pre-warp for humans and at that moment i little bit frustrated.
All my constructor ships are automated.

Some of my mining stations are stalled in construction process, they need resource that i dont have enough.
I discover 5 other star systems and in planner 6-7 potential constr. locations - mining stations in other systems.

But all my constr. ships stand with no mission almost a month ingame.

Q: it because a bug or they don't build stations because there is not important resources in that locations?
Q: where i can look what exactly resources and HOW MUCH i need at that moment to finish constr?

it seems they build new mine when said res in demand by your empire

there is a button in design screen - construction summary, it will show you how much res. needed for that design to build. When you have shortage on planet you can see cargo, there will be somthuing like: Helium in stock - 0 reserved - 500. Check constructor cargo maybe same rule apply to them also.

You can order your constructors to build mines manually, either from the expansion planner or by right-clicking on the mining location.
