Over at the slitherine forums, I found this image of the Mission Controller assignment screen -- you'll be able to assign people to specific tasks such as CAPCOM, BOOSTER or EECOM.

My question is, will it be possible to on the PC version, edit the personnel list or add our own photos to personalize our games? One of the old BARIS let's plays did this; who could forget the shrieks when astronaut bob johnson burned up on re-entry in the SDN BARIS game?

No, it won't be possible to do that. Those pictures will feature the faces of those who bought the Apollo tier during the early access program that will launch in September. Take a look at this post, which explains the three tiers.
