Defeated enemy units from Myitkynia are retreating into China over the mountains.
Current op:
INMON SAKUSEN:
2nd Area Army: ACTIVATED: will assume tactical command of all ground units in NE India. Will arrive in Singapore in 9 days.
16th Army: Three divisions (9th, 19th and 38th). Supported by 21st and 10th Division. Minor ground offensive in progress against Silchar - no further attack will be made until the situation changes. The purpose is to draw enemy reserves away from 17th Army.

ALERT! Enemy is deploying reserve units to Tezpur (see sitmap below).
ALERT! 120+ fighters at Tezpur airfield. Enemy fighter activity above 17th Army recce units. No air-to-ground attacks.

2nd Area Army: in Singapore, will assume tactical command of all ground units in NE India.
16th Army: Three divisions (9th, 19th and 38th) are in forward defence positions IVO Silchar.
25th Army: IGD is reorganizing at Rangoon. 5th Division will disembark at Chittagong during the next 24H. 56th Division is advancing IOT join 18th Division. 18th Division is advancing and protecting LoC to 17th Army.

One AMC (Hokoku Maru) in the Indian ocean reported that its search aircraft has spotted an enemy tanker convoy heading west from Perth.

ALERT! four enemy units moved SE from Rangpur to 17th Army target hex. Additionally, one unit from Tezpur moved one hex to the NV. Air recce reports further movement to the SE from Rangpur.
ALERT! enemy commits most of his air force - major air battle over Rangpur (see below).
Furthermore, all available bombers (120 medium, 20 heavy) attacked 17th Army from high altitude.
