OT - Spurrier Don't Care

On my little rural street everybody has a flagpole. On opening day, all the flags are a sight to see; we got Auburn, Alabama, LSU, Georgia, and now I moved in and added the Gators. And everybody has the Direct TV SEC package. Saturday afternoons are hysterical over here. Sooo glad I don't have to put up with that Cali USC poopdoodle no more [8D]

I still have a 32 inch waist at age 45. I am convinced this is because I burn about 800 calories per quarter of football I watch, and I watch a lot of football. [:D]

I once form tackled my future Father in Law while watching the first Big XII title game. I get a little rowdy watching the game. PS - I was sober.

My family, including my Mom and Grandmother, all voted to be late to my college graduation to watch the Spurs in game 7 of the Western Conference Finals.

My wife recently called me at work to schedule my daughter's birthday party this September. I told her "You know what to do." She called back 20 minutes later with a list of Longhorn and Cowboy game times to ensure we didn't have a conflict. This is a common occurrence with my Dad and I vis a vis the Gamecocks schedule as well.

I went to the first game ever at The Ballpark in Arlington.

Other than that, we don't care for sports much. [:D]

I don't answer the phone when I'm watching a Cowboys game except for my parents' calls. I quickly snap, "the Cowboys game is on" and hang up. They know not to be insulted and that I'll call them back at an opportune moment-when the game is done.
