Good Morning!

Jeff - I swear, I did order the Canberra and her group out of Ndeni to Luganville. Not sure what happened. I have a save of the game just before I sent it, will look at it tonight to check.

Northern Wisconsin and Minnesota Inernational Falls was at 34 the other night. Both have had a good chance of getting into the thirties the last couple of nights. Been into the low to mid forties the last couple of weeks here. Good sleeping weather.

I'm not too worried about that at all...sometimes things happen, and I don't understand why even though I swear I did this or that haha

Agreed on the sleeping weather. I love sleeping when it's cold. International falls.. haven't been there since last year!

The weather is perfect. No heat. No A/C. My biggest power usage is the three refrigerators and the television.[:)]

Must.Get.Recipe. [&o][&o]
Here's the base recipe. http://ourlifeinthekitchen.com/?p=59.

Didn't need to make that much, so I reduced the recipe.
I used half of a cut up chicken, separated leg and thigh, cut the breast in half, cut the tip part off the wing, ended up with 5 nice pieces.
sliced up 1 large green pepper, quartered 1 large tomato.
used 1 cup (10 oz) Vigo yellow rice, 2 cups broth, 1/2 cup white wine.

I cut the semi-done chicken off the bone before adding it back, otherwise followed right along. Still made plenty. Got lots of leftovers. Got the other half of the chicken, too.

Ciao. JWE

Weather was nice over night here in Middle Tennessee, also. Left the windows open and the HVAC off all night. Nice and cool in the morning. Wife didn't like it being 60 degrees in our bedroom, but I enjoyed it! [:)]
