So I have my first colony in an Age of Shadows game and it has a bit of a resource shortage. A pirate ship shows up, all freighters scatter and my only fleet is not close.

Sigh, another raid that will steal more resources, I thought, but no. The pirate is a resupply ship and docks at the colony for repairs! Relation btw pirate faction and my race is angry and so am I - must I repair the ship under some intergalactic assistance law?

Hmm, let look it up, Section 4g case 12.8 - OK, this is applicable.

So I scrapped it.

did the same with a pirate resupply ship yesterday, latest version of the game and 99.9% certain that no pirate facilities were on the planet.
