You need to just run your army back to about twenty hexes of Moscow and wait for him. If that's how it is why bother with defensive lines? Luga River line to Valday Hills to Rhzev to Bryansk to the Dnepr. Rest your guys, gather reinforcements, save your artillery and build your airforce. Might as well since all sorts of very weird stuff is possible with this one. LOL.
Yeah, we're using the ignore losses setting as is. It's helping me on defense in the early game and it will help John in the late gameORIGINAL: Lobster
