Movement bug - BETA

Hi michealm.

Just had an interesting movement bug happen. I have not seen something like this before.

Look at the stack at 80,90 moving for Davao. All the units indicate they are moving SW to Davao. But the following turn when they are supposed to shift hex all units except one ID and all the artillery instead warps NW to Cayguan.

Very odd!
