The ANZAC forces are introduced at Hoa Da and Phan Thiet. I may have to move them in the future because they may be in a quiet
zone where they are. Maybe I should request the independent helicopter companies for moving the ANZAC dudes.

I was moving a recon unit and came across some VC units: a Rocket Arty unit and a Political Section. I'm going to move the Marine arty
from Phu Bai along the road until it's in range of the VC units and then I'll assign some Infantry unit as ground security for the Arty and
then pound the VC with the arty.

EDIT: As a matter of fact, those may be NVA units and not VC. I'm confused I guess.

After the first round of attacks were finished I had 80% of my turn left so I decided to do some more attacks. Here's the results of an
air strike using the A-26's ( which I didn't expect much of ), some Starfighters ( F-104's, which I didn't expect much of ), and some F-4's
which I did expect to make as dent. But the NVA arty was so hidden by the jungle etc. that they escaped injury this time.

Here's the results of a big airstrike on the NVA Regiment on the Ho Chi Minh trail in Cambodia. The NVA losses aren't worth the planes
I lost. I need to stop using the Spads on these air strikes, that's for sure. And the only group of planes that didn't suffer any losses are
the F-104's and I have no idea why they didn't have any losses. Maybe they didn't attack per se.

I've just noticed that I went over 18K in posts. I guess that's what happens when you're retired and play
wargames all the time. If I wasn't wargaming all the time I can imagine that I would wake up one morning
in a roadside ditch w/ my hair messed up, my wallet missing, and lipstick on my collar. I'm better off playing
games instead.

After the second round of attacks I had 60% of the turn left so I thought I'd do some more attacks. This is the result of an airstrike on the
NVA arty unit on the trail.

And for the next attack on the 312th NVA division I thought I'd use the attack helicopters and see how they do. Now I know not to use
the helicopters on the NVA units. The NVA losses aren't worth the helicopters I lost.

Next I took care of that NVA HQ and engineer unit near the DMZ

Next I attacked the NVA rocket unit near Hue and I think I was on the losing end of that deal because I lost some howitzers. I needed to
attack the NVA rocket unit w/ something that had a longer range than I used. The counterbattery fire cost me some tubes. Next time I
attack w/ the tanks or just air power or some longer ranged arty.

I think I know what the activity in Quang Tri province is. It's probably that NVA arty unit showing in the picture below. I've already tasked
the ship offshore to bombard the arty unit and I'm going to task the 522nd ARVN squadron to hit the arty as well. Maybe I can destroy
it w/o using any boots on the ground. I don't want to shoot at it w/ the ARVN 1st Division's Arty because it's within range of the NVA unit
and can be hit by counterbattery fire and I don't need anymore arty tubes getting bent by the enemy thank you very much.

I have reason to believe that I've found the activity in Quang Nam. I'm not sure what size the unit is but it's probably a regiment. Maybe.
I'm going to try to fly / drive some arty out there to pound that bad guy a little bit.

This is the Binh Dinh province and I don't see any enemy units so that means I'll have to hunt for it / them. I have an idea that they just
came in-country from the trail and they are on the road headed east and I need to get the 1st Cav busy to find them.

Well you know as much as I like wargames, I like the outdoors too so you could always go out for a hike or fishing or whatever, just get some fresh air know what I mean? Playing a good game is so much more fun *after* spending the whole day outdoors. But that's just my opinion ofcourse.

Thanks for posting Josh dude. I was wondering if anybody was reading this thing. I was thinking of maybe doing Kharkov '43
instead so you guys get the more exciting AAR but on the other hand nobody seems to do the Vietnam scenarios anymore and I'm
performing a useful service. If I was going to write a novella or something it probably would include Vietnam if only because I was there
for so long and experienced some life changing experiences and so on. I'm trying to produce something like a Graphic Novel I guess.
Like an Adult comic book. Since you posted something I'm encouraged to keep going. Thanks.

Here's some enemy activity near Ban Me Thout. They are assets from some NVA division probably. That means there could be an NVA
division lurking near this AO.
