Disable 'misinterpret command' in detail combat?

Post by GenChaos33 »

Is there any way to do it? Is there a file that I can easily edit?

I know it might be a realistic feature but I would like to enjoy the game without it. Thanks.

I think you're stuck with this and that it cannot be modded out.

Too each his own I guess, I like this feature and find it incredibly frustrating during the early period of the war when it is very common. All part of the fun but apparently not for everybody.

Sorry I do not seem to have better news for you, perhaps someone else may.

It happens to units that have very very low morale.

I outnumber the Confederates 2-1 in Missouri right now, but keep losing battle after battle as my morale is awful...every turn I have to re-buy weapons as I leave a lot on the field, and each detailed battle is zero fun as a lot of units misinterpret command and are routed very easily even with commanders...and it is Grant.
Life is tough. The sooner you realize that, the easier it will be.
