OK. I am going through the last list of 'fixes' and then sending a set of the revised (and HOPED final) files to Playtesters.

OK. Looks like we're good.

Completed:
1. The 3 Japanese CL to CVL Conversion now have their own Class (Aso).
2. Attached Charlotte Artwork and she LOOKS great! Thanks Sulu/Gary.
3. IJN Coy fixed.
4. Allow a conversion of the 4 old Japanese CA to CA AA in 1943 now.

Need:
1. I thought we had artwork for the Command Cruiser/Battlecruisers of the Kawachi Class (B-64/B-65). Does anyone have this artwork?

Working:
1. Working on the artwork folder that includes the RA Vessels as well as Sulusea's great loading pages.
2. Making sure the Scenario Description is done and have the pictures created to replace the 'standard ones' we see everyday.

Ship Class 774, DD Le Fantasque, weapons 11 and 12 do not show up in game. They are listed in the editor as device 1287 8mm Hotchkiss MG.

Not sure what you were trying to do here, but I think it is wrong.
This TF starts at Cape Town

This strange TF is still in the data files. Do you want a TF with a TK in it going to Perth? If so, it should not have a TF name of HMS Australia I would think.

I must have missed this before, there is a Commonwealth Air Unit, No.1844 Sqn FAa that shows up on the CVE Begum 16 March 1944. But there are no replacement CW pilots available until 1945.

An item that doesn't matter much, LCU 5556 is at Pearl Harbor with march orders to Ndeni. [:D]

You could also fix LCU 5639, it is at Seattle with march orders for Whittier. I am not sure if it will get there before it withdraws. [:)]

Same with LCU 6855, marching from Fort Ord to San Francisco.

The last two are carry overs from stock, not sure about the first one.

I don't see anything else right now. I am not real happy about the increase in garrison requirements but not moving some of the troops available to cover them, but we will have to live with it. I do like the idea of the gnarly Asian roads, looks like it will slow things down, but it remains to be seen if it is enough.

If you list the garrison where things are worst, I can transfer some troops to cover them. I tried to bump the garrison requirements where troops were already present--more or less--:>

Thanks for looking.

Did you see CLV Charlotte's artwork and get it attached?

I know, and those are not on my list. I tried to just put the ones that got changed. If he doesn't want to change things I can live with it, it just gives Japan some more victory points in the first couple of weeks.

No. I think we can move some troops around and meet the requirements. Will further complicate the early days when units that are usually available are not. Sounds good to me.

There are some in China also, but I only listed Chengtu, mainly because it is so deficient.

OK. Fixed the situation regarding Chengtu and Delhi:

Chengtu--Moved the 32nd and 55th Chinese Corps to this location.

Delhi--Moved 16th Lt Cavalry, 23rd Indian Brigade, and 1st Assam Rifles.

Garrison requirements shall be met here now. The remainder will have to see the player move them to the correct location.

It is my hope to release this tomorrow or Tuesday. Everyone who has the files, please let me know if spot more issues.

Plan to work on a detailed 'alternate' history.
