changing TF speed

Post by wga8888 »

In the AARs, several references are made to changing TF speed from cruise to max speed. Can this be actually done in WITP beyond TF mission setting (patrol/retire)? or is this capability in WITP-AE?

Hi WGA, I think they might be referring to the fact that a TF can REACT to a threat by changing speed to close the threat or run away depending upon the players. This is automatic and not under the direct control of a player. It is under the control in an indirect way as you can set a TF's reaction distance and threat tolerance level from Low to Absolute. Hal
