I need a screenshot tutorial for CWII.

Civil War 2 is the definitive grand strategy game of the period. It is a turn based regional game with an emphasis on playability and historical accuracy. It is built on the renowned AGE game engine, with a modern and intuitive interface that makes it easy to learn yet hard to master.
This historical operational strategy game with a simultaneous turn-based engine (WEGO system) that places players at the head of the USA or CSA during the American Civil War (1861-1865).

are you looking for how to take screenshots from the game?

You have 2 basic choices. Print-Screen, open an editor (paintnet is better than the default paint and still free), paste, crop, edit to taste. Problem is its slow, and if you have an older laptop/PC may cause the game to hang.

Second is one of the image capturing software that exist. FRAPs is one, I used to recomment FastStoneCapture but that now comes bundled with a very annoying bit of software that hijacks your search engine, so while I use it, I'm loath to recommend it. There are others. They just sit there, and then when you want to save an image they take it, often allow you to edit/annotate and save it for later - much more effficient.

Unfortunately, none of the AGE games have an in-built image capturing routine

As Rog mentioned, use <Print Screen>, then the edit them with PhotoScape; it's freeware and more than sufficient. See my tutorial for AAR, etc. here:
