Good morning you lot.

I wanted to strongly recommend "The Best Years of our Lives", a B&W movie about returning servicemen made in 1946. It dealt with shocking topics such as PTSD, adultery, physical injury and recovery and being an alien in the new world order. Timely as ever. Well acted and put together-worthy of all its Academy Awards. Check it out. [8D]

Yes! Yes! Yes! [&o][&o][&o]

I watched it a couple of months ago on my Best Picture quest and was VERY pleased. Absolutely fantastic movie. Maybe my biggest positive surprise out of all those I've seen.

Betty Davis once said it's the best movie ever made. [8D]
Watch that movie every chance I get. Harold Russel was great in his first and only movie.[&o]
This is one Czech that doesn't bounce.

Monday Night Football!

Raiders travel to mile high.

Taking the Broncos and giving the 14.5.

I need this one to break even for the week.

Both my matrix league games will be decided tonight.

The Manning, Welker combo has to click.

Back from car shopping with a new Honda Odyssey minivan. It's not too bad as far as minivans go. But I've been emasculated sufficiently anyways-so what the THREAD do I know?

Belt test for Cho Dan Bo tomorrow night-it's a transitional belt between the colored "gup"s and black belt "dan"s. I'll test for black in Tang Soo Do in April. At least that's the plan. One of the best things about the test? Getting to break s***. Cool. Boards and maybe a brick will be on the 'to be broken' docket. Hopefully wrists, hands and feet are on the 'not to be broken' side of the ledger. [:D]

Off to Philadelphia for a job interview on Wednesday and Thursday. Heap big job with heap big company. Fingers crossed.
